Refunds & Returns 

Our pieces have traveled along way to reach you and we want you to cherish your purchase from AYAM Africa. Therefore, if you are truly not happy with your purchase, please email us at contact@ayamafrica.net within 3 days of receipt and ship back within 7 days from date received.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate depending on your desired refund method within 2 days. 

NOTE: Customer is responsible for return shipping (except in cases where item arrives damaged in transit). 

Damaged in Transit 

Should your order arrive damaged due to shipping, please email us at contact@ayamafrica.net to let us know as soon as you receive, include a photo of damaged package and request a return. Then mail back the damaged piece within 7 days from date received.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate depending on your desired refund method within 2 days. NOTE: In these cases, we will also refund the return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
